We are looking for a competent and motivated cook/chef de cuisine (m/f/d).

responsible for the daily mise en place
Presentation, decoration & serving of the dishes
Dedicated collaboration in the a la carte kitchen as well as board kitchen
Compliance with and control of the HACCP guidelines
Support in ordering and designing the menus
Cross-item work
Training of the commis de cuisine

Completed training in the catering industry or several years of experience in the catering or hotel industry
Resilience and flexibility
