Job Description – Breakfast Cook / Staff Meals Period: July 1, 2026 – September 13, 2026 Working Hours: Daily from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM (minus a 30-minute lunch break from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM) → Daily working hours: 6.5 hours

Breakfast:

Preparation and cooking of breakfast for the house guests
Setting up and replenishing the breakfast buffet
Preparation of egg dishes and hot breakfast dishes
Control of freshness, quality and presentation of the food
Keeping the breakfast work area clean and organized

Staff meal:

Planning and preparation of the daily staff meal
Preparation of ingredients and organization of the kitchen for the staff meal

Generally:

Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Clean and tidy work in the kitchen
Careful handling of food and kitchen equipment
Don't be afraid of washing up and cleaning work

Requirement:

Kitchen experience required
Independent and responsible work
Good German skills
