Assistance in the preparation and serving of cold and warm dishes
Preparing ingredients and simple preparation work in the kitchen
Learn different cooking techniques, cutting and cooking methods
Support with menu planning and inventory management
Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP
Care and cleaning of the workplace and kitchen equipment

Enthusiasm for cooking and interest in food
Willingness to learn and motivation to try new things
Teamwork and reliability
Careful and hygienic work
A positive compulsory school leaving certificate (or soon to be completed)
