Please smile! :) To strengthen our team at the hotel bar, we are still looking for motivated and cheerful bartenders (m/f/d) for the coming winter season.

friendly and attentive care of our international guests
professional preparation of various drinks (coffee specialities, long drinks, cocktails)
cultivated and attentive beverage and food service
anticipate the wishes of our guests, provide advice on drinks and make your stay at the Madlein an unforgettable experience with professionally mixed cocktails and lovingly prepared creations
regular mise en place activities
Preparation and follow-up work at the bar or in the service area
Responsibility for order, cleanliness and smooth organization of the bar area

Motivation, commitment and initiative
Teamwork, flexibility and resilience
well-groomed and friendly demeanor
Enjoyment of contact with the guest
Professional experience in an equivalent position in upscale gastronomy
Communication talent with strong service orientation (perfect serve)
high quality awareness and an organized way of working (cleanliness and hygiene)
Interest and previous knowledge in the area of beverage science and preparation
Sense of responsibility, hands-on mentality, problem-solving skills
Desire to work in an international team and with international guests
Experience in the skilled use of boning systems
good knowledge of German and English (knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage)
