Evening waiter/restaurant specialist with debt collection (m/f/d)

Are you a passionate and service-oriented restaurant professional - waiter and have you already gained experience in the à la carte area? Are you passionate about offering international guests top service, pampering them with delicious delicacies and fine drinks? Do you want to work full-time, but only in the evenings from around 4:30/5:00 p.m. to around 11:30 p.m.? Do you live nearby and have your own accommodation? We are happy to talk to you!

- you work in our restaurant 'Dorf Cafe' as an à la carte waiter - Restaurant specialist (mwd)

- you work from approx. 17:00 h to approx. 23:30 h on 6 days a week, Tuesday = day off 

- our guests are enthusiastic about your top service and are happy to come back

- you have a solid knowledge of the food and drink offerings and know how to sell actively but unobtrusively

- you are fluent in German and are also able to communicate with guests in English

- Tasks such as preparing the daily 'mise en place' or keeping the workplace clean are routine for you

- you appreciate working in a small, fine team

- you live in the village or in the valley and have your own quarters

  • Completed apprenticeship or training in gastronomy (restaurant, waiter, hotel) or equivalent qualification
  • already have experience in á la carte restaurant service
  • very good knowledge of German
  • Good knowledge of English and communication skills in the field of gastronomy in English
