Reception & Service Employee (Hotel/Gastronomy)

Reception and farewell of our guests

Check-in and check-out including invoice creation

Processing reservations (by phone, online, on-site)

Information and advice center for guest concerns

Support with organizational tasks at the reception

Serving and looking after guests in the restaurant/breakfast room

Serving food and drinks

Preparation and follow-up of the service area

Ensuring order and cleanliness in accordance with hygiene regulations

Support for events and special occasions

Completed training in the hotel or hospitality industry is an advantage

First professional experience at reception and/or in the service area desirable

Confident use of booking systems and common MS Office applications

Good written and spoken German skills, other languages (especially English) are an advantage

Strong service and guest orientation

Friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance

Organizational skills and independent working style

Teamwork, flexibility and resilience – even in stressful situations

Willingness to work shifts and part-time shifts
