Supervisor Spa Reception (m/f/d)

Daily operational management of the spa area (reception, treatment rooms, relaxation areas)
Supporting the spa management in organizing and leading the spa team
Shared responsibility for the training and induction of new employees
Reception & professional advice and support for our Royal Spa guests
Scheduling appointments, telephone service (Spa Software TAC)
Sale of treatments and products (Sisley Paris, LIGNE St. Barth)
Compliance with and monitoring of our strict quality standards
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Shared responsibility for cleanliness, safety & hygiene
Contact person for guests and team members
Close cooperation with all departments

Experience in a management or supervisory role in the spa or wellness sector
Organizational talent, teamwork skills and a high sense of responsibility
Distinctive service and hospitality mentality
Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English is an advantage
Good IT skills, ideally experience with the spa software TAC
