• During service hours you will advise our discerning guests on the subject of wine, spirits and beverages
• The professional serving of exclusive wines, sparkling wines and champagne is easy for you
• Thanks to your expertise, you can give our guests an unforgettable evening and also moderate wine tastings
• During the service hours you support the restaurant manager to ensure a smooth service process

• You have successfully completed your training in upscale gastronomy or the hotel industry and have already gained professional experience
• Professional experience as a sommelier
• The world of wine is an affair of the heart and you are constantly educating yourself in it
• You take current trends in wine and other beverages into account
• Your open-minded, friendly nature makes it easy for you to fit into a team and contribute creative ideas
• You are characterized by discretion, personal commitment and organizational skills
• A well-groomed appearance is a matter of course for you
