For the upcoming winter season, we are looking for a dedicated and creative cold food chef (m/f/d) to join our kitchen team at our 4-star superior hotel in the heart of Ischgl. As a cold food chef, you will be responsible for the cold food section and will ensure our guests have a perfect start to their culinary experience with high-quality appetizers, salads, and buffet items.

Independently managing the cold food station
Preparing and attractively presenting cold appetizers, salads, and cold platters
Preparing and overseeing buffets as part of our half-board service
Preparing dressings, dips, cold sauces, and other cold food components
Preparing dishes and side dishes for the evening menu
Contributing to the design and further development of the cold cuisine offerings
Careful preparation (mise en place) for daily service
Professional handling of food and ingredients
Compliance with all hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP
Supporting the kitchen team as needed

Completed training as a chef or equivalent professional experience
Ideally, experience in the cold food station
Creativity and a keen eye for presentation and quality
Independent, structured, and meticulous work style
Ability to work in a team, reliability, and resilience
High quality awareness and attention to detail
Knowledge of German is a plus
Knowledge of English is required
