Rotating Chef (m/w/d)
For the upcoming winter season, we are seeking a dedicated and versatile Chef Tournant (m/f/d) to strengthen our kitchen team at our 4-star superior hotel in the heart of Ischgl. As Chef Tournant, you will be flexibly deployed to various kitchen stations, supporting and deputizing for the respective Chef de Parties. Your extensive expertise and flexibility will significantly contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchen.
Support and representation at the various kitchen stations
Independent management of various positions as needed.
Preparation work (mise en place) for breakfast, afternoon snack and evening service
Preparation and attractive presentation of cold and hot dishes
Assistance with the preparation of appetizers, main courses, side dishes and desserts
Ensuring a smooth kitchen operation
Proper handling of food and kitchen equipment
Compliance with HACCP guidelines and our quality standards
Collaboration with the entire kitchen team
Completed training as a cook/chef
Professional experience in upscale hotels or restaurants is an advantage.
Good professional knowledge in various kitchen positions
Independent, structured and responsible work ethic
Flexibility, resilience and teamwork skills
Quality awareness and attention to detail
German language skills are an advantage.
English language skills are required.
